Students: community volunteering

Many University of 91快活林 students undertake community activities as part of their studies or to gain valuable practical experience. Around 600 students a year receive recognition for volunteering through accredited modules, run by our dedicated  Active Student Volunteering Service and Mentoring team.

In addition, the university also runs an established bespoke undergraduate module, based on community-university partnerships. We also work with doctoral students wanting to undertake co-produced research with community partners. With over 260 volunteering partners, we continue to hone and improve upon our practices based on feedback from our partners.
