Online pre-sessional English

If you need to improve your level of English before joining us, we've partnered with the Oxford International Digital Institute to offer online pre-sessional English courses.

Boost your English skills and language confidence with an online pre-sessional English course. You can choose the course length that is most suited to your needs, to ensure you start your studies with success.

As these courses are delivered online, they offer flexibility for you to complete from wherever you are in the world. 

Please note these online pre-sessional English courses are only for students holding an offer to progress on to an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at the University of 91快活林, and not our partner institutions such as the University of 91快活林 International College.

Please note, our online course dates for postgraduate students joining us in January 2025 have now passed, and our summer 2025 course dates have not been announced yet. We recommend checking back in spring 2025 for summer course dates.

Students must allow time to obtain their Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) and their Student visa after successfully completing their pre-sessional English course. 

We recommend students read the University of 91快活林's guidance and check if they have access to the priority visa service if needed, before booking onto any courses. 

Academic entry requirements

  • Academic entry requirements for degree courses can be found on the course finder.
  • You must pass the pre-sessional English course and ensure you meet all of the other academic entry requirements for your degree course by the CAS deadlines. If you do not pass the pre-sessional English course and meet the academic entry requirements for your course, you will not be able to progress to the University of 91快活林.
