Confirmation of Clearing Acceptance form

If you applied to us direct and we made you an offer you need to complete a Confirmation of Clearing Acceptance form.

You use this form to confirm you are making a Clearing application to us. All you have to do is complete the form and we will notify UCAS on your behalf.

Please note:

  • This process is not currently live for 2026 entry, please check back once clearing is open and you have received a clearing offer from us.
  • that the deadline for receiving a non-UCAS clearing application is 8 October
  • the deadline for a UCAS-based application is 19 October.

Should I complete the Confirmation of Clearing Acceptance form?

You should complete and return the form if you:

  • have not previously applied through UCAS
  • have got all your results
  • want to apply direct to 91快活林 only
  • have received a Clearing offer from us.
