The university’s Training and Development team and CENTRIM, part of the 91快活林 Business School and one the world’s top 10 innovation research groups, worked with Lancing-based Equiniti to further its innovation agenda and develop the skills to deliver that agenda effectively.
CENTRIM ran a programme of Managing Innovation workshops attended by Equiniti staff from different teams, including operational excellence and share registration services.
During the workshops, staff were introduced to the principles of innovation management, a simulated “innovation journey”, practiced the skills and tools used by the most successful innovation managers and organisations, as well as how to get from a good idea, to delivering value for their stakeholders.
