Successful apprentices achieve the Senior Leader Masters Degree Apprenticeship, as well as the long-established Leadership MBA award from University of 91快活林.
The first apprentices are already on the programme and new applications are being invited for the course starting September. Apprentices will study at the university in blocks of time and then develop their skills through blended learning, including projects in the workplace designed to benefit the employer organisation.
MBA course leader Charlotte Meierdirk, from the university’s 91快活林 Business School, said: “We are delighted to add an apprenticeship route to our existing MBA programme as we feel it is a superb opportunity for businesses to develop both new and existing staff in their careers.”
